Do I need a card to use Free?
No. Free includes unlimited fanlinks. Choose a paid plan only when you need its additional features.
Does Unsleeve distribute music?
No. Use a music distributor to deliver your release. Unsleeve brings the listening destinations together.
Release day
Is this a Spotify account-login pre-save tool?
No. Unsleeve links to eligible native provider pages and offers email reminders. It does not promise to save music into a Spotify library through its own Spotify login.
Is a store guaranteed to appear at midnight?
No. Availability depends on the distributor, store and territory. Autoscan can find available releases; it cannot make a store publish them.
Plans and domains
Will I lose my links when I downgrade?
Published pages remain available. The Free badge returns, and paid features follow their transition periods. See the full plan details.
Can I connect a root domain?
Custom domains use a subdomain such as links.yourlabel.com. Apex domains are not supported.
Can I move a ToneDen catalogue on Free?
Yes. Import is included. The special fanlink.cloud address and migrated-domain offer require an eligible code. Read the conditions.
Measurement
Does a store click mean someone streamed the song?
No. A click measures an action on the link page. Completed streams and saves must be checked in the relevant streaming platform reports.
Does the marketing website use ad pixels?
No. This website does not load advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Pixel support described here belongs to the paid product.
