Privacy policy

How we handle information when you visit the Unsleeve marketing website. Updated 29 October 2026.

Who is responsible

FUTR UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Maria Goeppert Straße 1, 23562 Lübeck, Germany, is responsible for this website. Contact hi@futrhodl.de for privacy questions.

Website delivery and security

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect this website. Requests necessarily include connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and country inferred from the connection. This is used to provide the website, prevent abuse and show the appropriate pricing currency. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cloudflare processes data on our behalf and may process it outside the EEA under applicable transfer safeguards. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing and international-transfer information. We do not maintain our own permanent visitor-level marketing analytics log.

Cookies and browser storage

This marketing website does not set advertising cookies or load third-party analytics pixels. Fonts are hosted locally. The interactive homepage may save a release draft in your browser’s local storage when you choose to save it; you can remove it using your browser’s site-data controls. It is not an account or a published release.

Referral and UTM campaign parameters may be carried in internal and signup links. We do not place them in a marketing cookie. They help attribute a registration when you continue to the app.

Music-link previews

If you submit a music link to the homepage preview, we use the relevant public provider endpoint to retrieve release metadata and artwork. Only supported Spotify, Apple Music and SoundCloud URLs are accepted. The provider receives the lookup from our server; when your browser displays remote artwork, the image host receives the request and your connection information. We use short-lived caching and rate limiting for reliability and abuse prevention. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the preview you request and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for security.

Contacting us

When you email us, we use your address and the information you provide to respond to the enquiry. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests relating to a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for other correspondence. We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle the request, and longer where a statutory retention duty applies. Please do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or private catalogue exports without first agreeing a suitable transfer method.

Accounts, fan pages and payments

This notice covers the public marketing website. Account, fan-page and payment processing is described in the notices presented in the relevant service and checkout. A visit to this website does not create an account or subscription. Clicking Start free takes you to the Unsleeve app.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis. Contact us at the address above.

You can complain to a supervisory authority, including the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD). See datenschutzzentrum.de for contact information.
